Vessco Inc., a supplier of water and wastewater treatment technology with headquarters in Chanhassen, and the portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, LLC, recently announced that they have invested in Dorner Products, a supplier of flow control equipment and related services.

“The Dorner management team has grown their business into a leading supplier of flow control equipment and services in the Midwest. We are excited to partner with them and grow together," stated Vessco CEO Dick Corbett, in a press release.

“Dorner is known throughout the industry for offering the highest quality equipment and services in their territory," stated Vessco President Brian DeWolf.

Located in Sussex (Milwaukee), Wisconsin, Dorner's flagship products include valves and actuators which are complementary to Vessco’s water and waste water process equipment offerings.

Vessco has also hired Dan Axelson as chief financial officer, according to the press release. Axelson is a senior financial leader in both family owned and private equity-owned businesses.
