The City of Chanhassen’s 36th Annual Easter Egg Candy Hunt will be at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 20 at City Center Park, 7700 Market Blvd, just north of City Hall. Children, ages 12 and under, along with their friends and family participate in this annual event. This popular event includes door prize giveaways, a coloring contest, an egg and candy hunt, and even a special appearance from the Easter Bunny.

The event fee is $5 per child, cash and check only. Registration is available the day of the event but to avoid waiting in line, early registration is encouraged. To register ahead of time, stop by City Hall or the Chanhassen Rec center to fill out a registration form.

The egg and candy hunts will be divided into three age groups: 4 and under, 5-8, and 9-12. Each hunt will include a golden egg that can be redeemed for a special prize. Each participant is eligible for the door prize drawings. All winners must be present to win. This event is rain, snow, or shine. Please remember to dress accordingly.
