Get out the golf clubs and head down to the green — or rather, white — for the annual Soggy Bottom Snow Golf Tourney from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26.

Bring one golf club, hockey stick, or whatever else you would like to use to hit a tennis ball for snow golf. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the park and there will be a heated tent, music and door prizes.

Sponsored by the Carver Lions Club, the proceeds of this event help local families in medical crisis. The 2019 recipients are Les Peterson and the Kim Wienandt Family.

The event is for ages 12 and older and golfers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For more information about the recipients and to register and/or donate, visit the Carver Lions Facebook page and search Soggy Bottom on Eventbrite. Tickets are $20 and include a Soggy Bottom stocking cap.

Soggy Bottom will take place in Riverside Park, 300 Main St. E., Carver.
