I'd like to know why our local police are not enforcing city ordinance Section 74, which reads: "Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such path and shall not use the roadway."

I'm sick and tired of seeing bicyclists tooling along the roads in the area that have paths right next to the road.

It's a safety hazard for both vehicles and bicyclists. Please local law enforcement, start writing citations.
