Chaska police officers make a “high-risk traffic stop” on Pine Street, outside the windows of the Chaska Herald office.

A “high-risk traffic stop” involving a reported stolen vehicle prompted officers to draw guns on Pine Street, near the Second Street intersection at about 1:30 p.m., Dec. 6, according to Chaska Police Chief Ryan Seibert.

A suspect was in custody as of Tuesday morning and there was “no threat to public safety,” Seibert said.
