Senior Elise Pritchard netted a career-high four goals, leading Chaska to a home victory over Holy Family Catholic in a 16-4 decision May 21 in the rain.

It was the fourth win of the season for the Hawks, the second on the home turf.

Payton Schultz and Paige Whalen, Chaska's top scorers this season, each had hat tricks.

Megan Jirele made 11 saves for the Hawks with Schultz and Kaylee Van Eps top ground ball leaders with five and four.

Salome Greene, Celia Kreykes, Brielle Bornhorst, and Libby Kamp each scored for the Fire with Bella Dervin making 10 saves.

Holy Family Catholic (3-9) was coming off an 8-6 loss to Delano/Rockford on May 20.

Bornhorst had a career-high five tallies with Kreykes adding a goal and seven ground ball pick-ups. Dervin made 10 saves on 17 shots.

Chaska (4-8) hosts Chanhassen at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, with Holy Family Catholic playing at home against Benilde-St. Margaret at 6:30 p.m. on the same date.

GIRLS: Chanhassen 19, Robbinsdale Cooper 1

Chanhassen moved within a victory of clinching the Metro West Conference title, a 19-1 defeat of host Robbinsdale Cooper May 21.

The Storm, ranked No. 3 in state, 10-1 overall, is unbeaten in league play at 4-0.

Maia Hodgins, Sydnie Soto, Grace Doerring, Livie Saatzer, Elle Wagner, Ballie Whalen, and Lauren Armani each scored two goals for Chanhassen.

Siri Hodgins, out with an arm injury since early in the season, returned to the field, scoring a goal with a team-high six ground balls.

Lauren Welle netted the only goal for Robbinsdale Cooper.

Chanhassen is at Chaska at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 and Bloomington Kennedy at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 24.

GIRLS: Minnetonka 13, Orono 11

Minnetonka concluded the regular season with a 7-6 record, clinching the No. 3 seed in Section 2 with a 13-11 home win over Orono on May 21.

The Skippers outscored the Spartans by a goal in each half.

Makenna Crandall netted six goals for Orono.

Lauren Youngquist was the top scorer for Minnetonka with four scores with Josie Heiling adding a hat trick.

Hanna Baskin extended her scoring streak to seven games, finishing with two goals to increase her total to 11 in the stretch.

Grace Keller made a career-high 10 saves for Minnetonka, the No. 3 seed in Section 2 on Thursday, May 30.

BOYS: Henry Sibley 7, Southwest Christian 4

Southwest Christian completed the regular season with a 7-4 loss at Henry Sibley in West St. Paul May 21.

The Stars are 4-8 into the playoffs.

BOYS: Delano/Rockford 17, Holy Family 8

Max Pinamonti completed his first hat trick, pulling Holy Family Catholic within two goals at 9-7 late in the first half versus Delano/Rockford May 20.

The second half, though, was a different story as the Tigers used a 6-0 third quarter to win 17-8.

Wil Swanson netted two goals with Logan Holmgren, Kellen Baklund and Ethan Wagner also finding the net for Holy Family Catholic.

A match with Chaska was suspended at halftime on May 21 due to rain. The Hawks, down 2-0 on goals from Fire scorers Nic Riemenschinder and Lukas Witczek, rallied for a 5-2 lead.

Jacob Gasterlund netted a hat trick with Dylan Lange and Cooper Eidem each scoring once for Chaska.

Chaska is at Chanhassen at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, while Holy Family Catholic hosts Moorhead at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 25.
