Listing/Sales Coordinator

Come join Edina Realty's Wayzata sales office! We are seeking a friendly, supportive part-time Listing/Sales Coordinator to work Mondays 9:30-6. Plus 2 other weekdays 1-6 and flexibility to cover other occasional shifts.

The Listing/Sales Coordinator performs data input functions and processes all real estate information to include: new listings, changes, sales, etc. Receptionist duties of answering phone calls and greeting clients and agents. Set up and confirm appointments on our listings.

We are looking for someone who has the following experience:

~ knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to high school.

~ ability to work in a courteous and professional manner.

~ detailed oriented, multi-tasker with strong computer/keying skills.

~ ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

~ proficiency with social media platforms helpful.
