FRANKLIN, WI — Eden Prairie-based senior living company New Perspective is expanding to Wisconsin, according to a press release from the company.

New Perspective Senior Living is building 149 units for independent and assisted living in Franklin, Wisconsin, slated to be open in the spring of 2020. The complex will be in a secure neighborhood designed to serve seniors living with memory loss, the release said.

Founded in 1998, New Perspective operates 21 senior living communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, Illinois and Wisconsin. The Franklin complex will have daily concierge access, housekeeping and on-site physical therapy and wellness services. Round-the-clock care will also be available for those who need “additional assistance in the activities of daily living,” the release said.

“We look forward to creating a vibrant and engaging community to serve the Franklin area seniors and their families,” said New Perspective president Ryan Novaczyk.
