Mini Met state tournament

The Mini Met first opened in 1935 and can seat up to 2,500 people.

The Mini-Met in Jordan will host the annual Baseball Day in Jordan on Sunday.

Four games starting at 11 am headline the day.

Also on tap at the local ballyard are "All-you-can-eat" Bar-B-Que sandwiches hot off the coals. Food will be served from noon until closing.

The cost for food, fun and baseball is just $7.50. For fans up to 16 years old the cost is $5. Individual sandwiches will also be available. Admission to the ballpark is free until 5 p.m. Admission will be charged for the Brewers game.


  • 11 a.m. - Jordan Junior Legion vs. Belle Plaine
  • 1 p.m. - Jordan Legion vs. New Ulm Gold
  • 3 p.m. - Jordan Millers vs. Jordan Alers
  • 6 p.m. - Jordan Brewers vs. Cold Spring Rockies
