The Pleasant Street Art Walk will return to downtown Prior Lake for its second year in September and is calling for local artists interested in selling their work.
The event will have room for more than 40 sculptors, woodworkers, jewelry-makers and other artists, organizer and potter Andrea Mullenmeister wrote in an email. The walk is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
This year will be bigger and better, Mullenmeister said, with more artists, a few food trucks and the closing of Pleasant Street to vehicle traffic.
The website for artists to register online can be found on the event's Facebook page, "Pleasant Street Art Walk - 2nd Annual." Participants must bring their own tents or displays and pay $60 for a 10-foot-square space.
