The Prior Lake Police Department responded to and provided summaries for the following incidents March 7-14. The Prior Lake American doesn’t include a comprehensive list of calls to which the department responded. Incidents are included here based on severity, impact on public safety or other factors. Those accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
March 7: A 50-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for third-degree DWI, third-degree DWI .08 or more, blood alcohol concentration of .29, open bottle in motor vehicle, speeding, and crossing over centerline at 8:02 p.m. at the intersection of Franklin Trail and Park Nicollet.
March 9: A 30-year-old St. Paul woman was cited for trespass and theft of a slot ticket valued at $133.40 at 6:04 p.m. at Little Six Casino.
March 10: Police received a theft report of a Paddle North inflatable kayak valued at $1,500 at 12:57 a.m. at the 14000 block of Watersedge Trail. No known suspect at this time.
March 10: Police received a theft report of an iPhone 13, iPhone case, driver’s license, and medical card valued at $1,340 at 5:15 p.m. at Mystic Lake Casino.
March 11: A 27-year-old Ramsey man was cited for disorderly conduct-brawling/fighting at 4:57 p.m. at Mystic Lake Hotel.
March 12: A 28-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault cause fear, misdemeanor domestic assault — cause harm, and gross misdemeanor obstruct legal process with force at 12:44 a.m. at Mystic Lake Hotel.
March 12: A 43-year-old Prior Lake man was cited for domestic assault cause of fear at 11:21 a.m. at the 14000 block of Ferndale Avenue.
