The City of Prior Lake and the Prior Lake Police Department welcomed back officer Josh Ritter who recently returned from a year-long deployment in Iraq earlier this week.

The Prior Lake VFW Post 6208 hosted a welcome home party over the weekend, complete with color guard and local leaders. During the celebration, Ritter presented Chief Liam Duggan with a flag that was flown at his base in Iraq. The flag will be displayed at the Prior Lake Police Department.
