Chef and television star Guy Fieri's virtual restaurant chain, Flavortown Kitchen, is now open in Minnesota.
Minnesota's locations are housed at the Buca di Beppo Italian restaurants in Burnsville and Maple Grove, according to the venture's website.
The take-out or delivery-only format is known in the industry as a "ghost kitchen" or virtual restaurant.
Flavortown Kitchen's website allows customers to view each location's hours and place orders.
Fieri's signature sauces top some of the menu items, such as the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ wings.
Shareable dishes include items such as jalapeño pig poppers and S-M-Cheesesteak Egg Rolls; "SMC" is Fieri-speak for "super melty cheese," according to the online menu.
Entrees include items such as burgers, salads, a Cuban sandwich and Cajun chicken alfredo. Sides include fried pickles and Flavortown fries.
For dessert, cheesecake and a chocolate whiskey cake slice are on the menu.
Fieri's Flavortown Kitchens have been quietly opening nationwide on a rolling basis this month, according to Food & Wine. The new venture has been created in partnership with the ghost kitchen branding company, Virtual Dining Concepts.
