Willy McCoy’s sister restaurant, Copper Pint, opened on Father’s Day, according to staff.
The restaurant is part of Southbridge Crossings, a development between Home Depot and Marcus Southbridge Crossing Cinema off County Roads 21 and 18.
The restaurant features a large patio with garage doors that can open to allow a breeze into the restaurant, a pull tab table, private dining table and a terrace with outdoor rooftop seating.
The menu features wood stone pizzas, burgers and street tacos, as well as specialty cocktails like a spicy margarita and a blueberry mint lemonade.
The Copper Pint, which offers “two-for-one drinks, all day, every day,” opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 1 a.m. during the week. On weekends, it closes at 2 a.m.
